Leads team of 11, coordinating the execution of the Luckie Full Disclover Monthly Newsletter and DEI events. Identifies inclusive opportunities and learnings, growing DEI initiatives across our heterogenous 150+ person agency. Advocates for evolving agency best practices and education that implements for diversity training and programs.
